Once, there was a santol tree here — graceful, generous, and full of memory. As our space took shape, the tree quietly gave way to time, but its spirit lives on in the way we welcome you: gently, thoughtfully, and with care.
Our 24 boutique-style rooms offer a quiet kind of stay — no TVs, by design — just calm spaces, warm light, and room to slow down.
Whether you're a solo traveler, a couple on a staycation, or a creative in search of stillness, Kubaw is a place to pause, rest, and feel rooted.

What Our Guests Say About Us
Great place to stay in Cubao! Relatively walkable from Araneta, Gateway, etc. The place had many rooms you could choose from with different themes - the one we chose, the Cottagecore room, was very cozy and comfortable! There is a water kettle, microwave, and utensils you can use in the shared kitchenette area, which is convenient for meals you get from 7/11 or take out from restaurants.
Overall a great experience for a great price. We'll be back!

Booked this after a long flight! This was a good way to relax and have a restful sleep. Spacious room with a place to put down baggage. Well-lit and cozy warm lamp. Affordable food options are walkable and we felt secure as well. The public coffee lounge was fun too :)
Highly recommend this super clean and cozy room!

The door is labeled Plantation Charm. The room features its own distinct interior décor. There are horse paintings and wooden carvings. A single traveler has a bed available. The room also contains locally crafted baskets to store clothing. The smell of the bedsheets is so pleasant, the cleanliness of the room is remarkable. Upon arriving to check in for my stay, I felt as though I had stepped into the owner's hacienda.
